Assistant Nurse Manager – Family Birth Center
Join Our Family Birth Center Team as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Randall Children’s Hospital!
Nurses at Legacy embody our mission to make life better for others. Within the Family Birth Center at Randall Children’s Hospital, the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, high-quality care for birthing persons, newborns, and families across the perinatal continuum, including antepartum, labor & delivery, operative birth, and postpartum recovery.
The ANM leads by example—partnering with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations while supporting a culture of compassionate, family-centered care, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role is integral to sustaining a high-risk, high-acuity environment within one of the region’s referral centers, working closely with OB providers, midwives, neonatology, anesthesia, and the Level IV NICU.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Family Birth Center environment that emphasizes safety, inclusiveness, patient partnership, and evidence-based maternity care practices.
